Results from some of our microenterprise development in Nashik

The Sustainable Village recently funded a farm equipment pool in Nashik, India. The equipment includes this 45 hp tractor, all their other required farm implements and a four-wheel trolly to haul the village farm produce to market. Our main contact/partner is the man with a Colorado baseball cap, Vinod Parekh, and the lady in a red sari is his wife Kamala.The lady with glasses is a "supporter" and former president of a Rotary club which helps the project with health activities such as immunization, eye camps, and regular health checkups.
