Accessories:
NUT AND BEAN AUGER: The auger that comes with the Country Living Mill resembles a large spring around the grinder drive shaft in the feed housing. This auger produces a minimum amount of drag on the crank wheel and is enough to move small seeds such as wheat through the feed chamber to the grinding plates or burrs. The small grain auger that comes with the grinder doesn't adequately move large seeds through the mill and for those of you who wish to grind larger grains such as beans and corn, you'll need the larger auger designed for this purpose.
POWER BAR: Use 40% less force to produce abundant quantities of flour.
FLOUR BIN: Clear, 1/8" thick plastic polymer flour bin measures about 7 inches wide, 5 inches deep and 6 inches high. After you fill it with flour you can use the same container to store your flour by using it's tightly fitting lid.
REPAIR KIT: Country Living will take care of any repairs, warrantied or otherwise. The Just-In-Case repair kit comes with an extra stainless steel spring auger, two brand new bearings, and two custom-made washers that match the bearing size. By using the included bolt, nut and washers you can easily press replacement bearings into your mill with only a pair of wrenches.
The kit also comes with 2 long keys, 2 short keys, and a snap ring. These are the most often misplaced or lost parts of the Country Living Grain Mill, and unfortunately the mill won't function without them. By having a couple of spares on hand you'll be able to pop a replacement in and be up and running again in the matter of a minute or two.
HOPPER LID: Keep the hopper of your Country Living grain mill clear of dust and hungry rodents with this handsome lid constructed from natural wood. Designed to fit snugly inside the lip of the hopper.
GRINDING PLATES: With normal, one-family use, your plates should last 3-4 years. Having a spare set of grinding plates on hand will give you peace of mind. Be prepared and order a set today!
MOTORIZATION KIT: The motorization kit includes 1" wooden baseboard, motor with pulley, belt and belt guard, and miscellaneous hardware (washers, screws, Allen wrench).
PULLEY FOR MOTORIZATION HOOK-UP: AK30- 5/8" pulleys for fitting on motor shafts when homebuilding motorization kits for the Country Living grain mill.
WALL MOUNT KIT: Comes with pre-drilled holes and equipped with the necessary hardware to mount your mill and shelf to the wall. It is designed to be mounted to a single stud, or into two studs spaced at standard 16" centers. Natural wood.
